ob Description: Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial and corporate
importers for freight forwarding services. Generate inquiries for Air Freight, Sea Freight, LCL,
FCL, and related logistics services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat
and long-term business. Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations to promote
services. Negotiate rates and prepare customized proposals based on client requirements.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Maintain accurate
records of sales activities, leads and customer interactions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales
targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate (Master degree will be prefeed)
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in logistics/freight forward industry.
- Experience in sales/business development within the logistics and freight forwarding
industry. - Strong understanding of import/export processes, freight forwarding and customs
clearance. - Established network with commercial and corporate importers (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
