Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails; direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure front desk security protocols are followed.
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s real estate projects and services.
Coordinate with the sales and management teams for client meetings and appointments.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Assist in administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
Support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication within the team.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Graduation mandatory).
2–3 years of proven experience as a receptionist or front desk officer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and professional appearance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in Urdu and English; Pashto is a plus.
