I’m actively searching for opportunities as a sustainability consultant in the ESG and sustainability field currently. I am an analytical, proactive, collaborative, adaptive, and innovative person. As a master’s student majoring in Environment and Sustainability Management at Georgetown University, I have good academic records and hands-on internship experience.

Through my postgraduate study, I have familiarized myself with R programming, Tableau, RapidMiner, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Procreate. My diverse internship experiences endowed me with strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, project management, problem-solving, and effective communication. As an ESG research intern at Tradox, I conducted comparative analyses of ESG regulatory frameworks across the U.S., EU, and China, evaluated the impact of ESG initiatives on corporate financial performance, and examined how ESG adoption trends in emerging markets like India and Brazil influence foreign investment flows. Moreover, my project experience has helped me to fill the gap between knowledge and application.

I am now networking with professionals in ESG and consulting fields through LinkedIn and university alumni networks, taking specialized ESG courses to deepen understanding of international regulatory frameworks and sustainable investment strategies, preparing for professional certifications (e.g., CFA ESG Investing certification) to strengthen industry credentials, and am willing to improve myself by keeping updated on industry trends by regularly reviewing ESG reports and attending sustainability webinars, and networking with more professionals.
