I have 7+ years of experience as a Data/Business Intelligence Analyst. I’m currently on the Workplace team at Riot Games, where I manage end-to-end ETL in Databricks (cleaning and transforming data) and build Tableau dashboards. My work focuses on badge-in and real-estate data to support decisions on hybrid work policies and real-estate planning. Previously, at the City of Atlanta, I supported the ATL311 chatbot initiative—partnering with the customer care team to analyze incoming tickets and deliver Tableau/Excel reports for multiple departments. Earlier at Cognizant, I focused on data engineering with Python and MongoDB to prepare data for Power BI dashboards. I hold an M.S. in Business Analytics (UT Dallas)
