Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Incharge to manage all warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will oversee the storage, inventory, and distribution of materials, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance in a construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to meet material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse policies.
- Train and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and storage facilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Incharge or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
