Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Doctors Engagement:
• Regularly visit dermatologists, general physicians, and relevant specialists in clinics, hospitals, and institutions.
• Identify and build relationships with potential prescribing doctors.
• Present and explain derma product concepts and their clinical benefits.
• Maintain and quarterly update the list of practicing doctors with complete details.
• Highlight and maintain a hierarchy map of doctors in key hospitals/institutes.
• Track and report doctors’ Rx behavior and prescription volume.
2. Pharmacy Interaction:
• Visit retail pharmacies to monitor product availability.
• Ensure availability of products in retail shelves and institutional pharmacies.
• Track Rx movement and coordinate with pharmacists for feedback.
• Identify and maintain contact lists of:
o Pharmacists at retail pharmacies
o Purchasing managers/focal persons at institutions and retail setups
o Salesmen skilled in selling derma products at pharmacy counters
3. Competitor Monitoring:
• Observe and report competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and derma product presence in the market.
• Provide feedback on competitor SKUs and their placement on pharmacy shelves.
4. Data & Reporting:
• Maintain and manage a master customer list (Doctors, Pharmacists, Institutions).
• Collect, compile, and submit daily activity feedback and reports to management.
• Keep updated records of doctors’ PAs (Personal Assistants) with contact numbers and emails.
5. Promotional Activities:
• Plan and organize a minimum of two free medical camps per month in target areas.
• Coordinate with local teams and institutions for smooth execution of camps.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (derma segment preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of dermatology and cosmetic product sales.
• Ability to build networks with doctors, pharmacists, and purchase decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, with strong territory management and planning skills.
