About Candidate
With a background in dentistry and public health, I have worked closely with patients, students, and research teams, learning how evidence, empathy, and clear communication come together in real-world healthcare. I enjoy asking the right questions, making sense of complex data, and turning it into knowledge that can inform better decisions. Through my research work, I have developed hands-on experience using tools such as STATA, EndNote, OpenEpi, and RevMan to analyse data, manage evidence, and support rigorous, transparent research. I am now seeking opportunities where I can continue learning while contributing thoughtfully to impactful health and research initiatives.

Work & Experience
I was responsible for designing and developing research protocols for both a randomized controlled trial and a cross-sectional study, ensuring methodological rigor and alignment with study objectives. In addition, I performed data analysis on pre-existing datasets to support evidence-based conclusions. As part of this role, I coordinated closely with multiple stakeholders, including clinicians, supervisors, and research team members, to facilitate smooth study planning, data management, and timely progress across different phases of the projects.
I conducted qualitative thematic analysis for the SODISS project on occupational exposure, involving systematic transcription, translation, coding, and interpretation of in-depth interviews to generate robust themes and subthemes. This work required maintaining methodological rigor, ensuring data accuracy, and aligning findings with study objectives. Additionally, I organized and delivered a World Health Day 2024 seminar on balanced nutrition, translating research evidence into structured, evidence-based educational content for academic and public health audiences.
I taught lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to undergraduate dental students, always aiming to make learning engaging and meaningful. To encourage critical thinking, I introduced Case-Based Learning, which helped students connect theory to real-world scenarios. I also worked on improving exam quality through item analysis, which led to noticeable improvements in student performance. Outside of teaching, I enjoyed contributing to the Academic Journal Development and Management platform, guiding students through the basics of research and supporting them as they developed their skills and confidence in scholarly work.
