• Over 15 years of experience across Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, research, and data analytics in international and U.S.-based non-profit and donor-funded programs.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, cleaning, visualization, and reporting using SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, and ETO to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Proven ability to design and implement MEL frameworks, including Theories of Change, log frames, indicator matrices, scorecards, and results-based management systems.

• Demonstrated success in developing dashboards and performance scorecards that track outputs, outcomes, and impact for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Strong donor-facing experience, producing high-quality narrative and data-driven reports, presentations, and learning products for donors including USAID, World Bank, DFID, and Global Affairs Canada.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and stories that inform strategy, improve program effectiveness, and demonstrate impact.
• Experienced in capacity building and training, strengthening staff and partner ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and use data effectively.
• Known for attention to detail, analytical rigor, clear communication, and a strong commitment to data integrity, learning, and continuous improvement.
