About Candidate

My interest in research comes from enjoying the process of connecting information into something useful. I’ve worked across academic, policy, and data-heavy projects where I was responsible for finding reliable sources, organizing complex datasets, and translating findings into clear written outputs. I value precision, follow-through, and thoughtful collaboration, even when working remotely.

Office of Residential Life

I currently serve as a Residential Advisor at Mount Holyoke College, where I support student wellbeing, build community, and coordinate residential programming. As part of this role, I gather student feedback and better understand community needs, which helps inform how programs and support initiatives are designed and improved. This experience has strengthened my communication, leadership, and ability to work closely with diverse groups in an institutional setting.

Nepal private equity association

I identified operational value drivers, post-investment corporate actions, and risk-mitigation levers through analysis of private equity case studies across hospitality, energy, and manufacturing. I also evaluated market and deal data to assess investor preferences, acquisition trends, and compliance considerations relevant to institutional investment processes. In addition to this, I produced a featured article on the DealShare ecosystem and supported investor outreach.

I worked as an Environmental Policy Research Assistant at the Corson Lab at Mount Holyoke College, where I supported faculty research on biodiversity credits, nature-based solutions, and environmental governance. Nepal Development Research Institute

As an Analyst at the Nepal Development Research Institute, I conducted spatial econometric modeling across 77 districts to identify high-risk migration patterns and support government climate-resilience and risk-mitigation planning. I also integrated gender-based vulnerability indicators into quantitative analysis to assess equity impacts, with findings incorporated into Nepal’s first-ever national migration atlas.
