Job Description

Summary
Responsible for procuring and managing prize items for crane machines, redemption rooms, and promotions. Focuses on timely delivery, quality control, and cost efficiency while maintaining strong vendor and internal relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships. Align purchasing with inventory/sales trends and campaign needs.
•  Inventory & Order Management: Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure on-time deliveries. Support stores in receiving and inspecting goods.
• Market Research & Sourcing: Attend trade shows and conduct market research to discover new products and sourcing opportunities.
• Contract Negotiation: Handle supplier agreements, pricing, and ensure contract compliance.
• Operational Support: Coordinate with operations to ensure machines are stocked and functional. Troubleshoot supply chain issues.
• Payments & Records: Manage invoices and maintain accurate procurement records.

Working Hours, Working style
9:00~18:00
