I’m a Senior Scrum Master with 14 years of IT experience, including leading Agile transformations across banking and financial services. In my current role at Luxoft, supporting Commonwealth Bank of Australia, I drive end-to-end Scrum delivery for complex data platforms with a strong focus on predictability, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.

Across multiple teams, I’ve improved sprint goal achievement, reduced delivery impediments and strengthened release predictability through data-driven Agile metrics and proactive dependency management.
