Job role: Management Project: Southern Border Housing Project – Dhahran Al Janoub. (Amount 1.2 billion SAR) Client: Ministry Of Interior (MOI). Consultant: Archen Engineering Consultants End User: Border Guard. Project Description: It is a complete housing city (Raft foundations & Precast elements) including the following: 1- 93 Apartment Buildings. 2- 140 Villas type A & type B. 3- 30 Ancillary Buildings, which includes Mosques, Primary & Secondary Schools, Administration, Clinics, and Warehouses, Sports and recreational center, Shopping center, Guard Houses and Other ancillary buildings. 4- All infrastructure works, electromechanical works, roads, paving, boundary walls (internal & external), etc. The project is a re-measured contract entailing the detail design, procurement, and construction, testing, commissioning, and handing over to Ministry of Interior (MOI), with contract period of (1080) days. The works include and not limited to civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, firefighting, communication system, and other relevant activities, as required by the contract to make the project's facilities complete and fully operational.
Business Need / Purpose of role: To oversee the daily operations of multi-site projects including contractor management, dispute Management and material management whilst ensuring health and safety standards are met. As part of the Senior Construction team, the incumbent also holds the responsibility to assist in the setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports and KPIs for the Area in accordance with the program’s procedures.
