About Candidate

I am eagerly seeking an entry level research position to apply my technical skills and experience. I am moving away from clinical care based roles. I have a diverse background in research design and analysis, combined with extensive experience in project management and data analysis within fields such as mental health, child welfare and workforce development, I am well-equipped to contribute effectively to your team.

Throughout my tenure, I have honed my skills in data collection and analysis using platforms such as Excel and SPSS. My experience with various databases, including Clientrak, Childtrax, and EMRs, has equipped me to handle sensitive information with care and precision. Additionally, my proficiency with survey software like Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey has allowed me to gather valuable insights for important research questions. I successfully developed a Performance Measurement and Management Plan, which guided data collection methods for assessing outcomes within the Vigo County Homes for Children. This experience not only strengthened my analytical skills but also reinforced my ability to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
