Analyzed workflow patterns and sprint execution across Digital Signage, NextGen, Dot.net, and UPSL teams using Jira dashboards, velocity trends, cycle time analysis, and cumulative flow diagrams to detect bottlenecks, blockers, and Agile antipatterns that were slowing down deliverables and release cycles. ● Created and facilitated weekly Scrum and Kanban content for LMS training sessions linking material to Mirro games for better understanding. ● Served as a key Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), facilitating essential Agile/Scrum ceremonies for two teams—including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, PI Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Reviews—to enhance cross-functional collaboration, improve communication flow, and ensure alignment on project requirements, KPIs, deliverables, and sprint goals.
