Executive Assistant to the President of the Southwest Xerox Region, supporting all Executive Leadership. Manage confidential administrative functions, including project coordination, event and travel logistics, email correspondence prioritization/routing, expense reconciliation, and manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings. Conduct research, compile data, create presentations, reports and internal documents and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Develop, lead & manage remote Customer Service Team focusing on solving complex support inquiries via phone, email and auto-fulfillment systems. I provide service consistency, and customer retention & satisfaction. I identify training needs and design targeted learning programs, mentor and motivate through group or one-on-one sessions. I produce performance audits to track improvement needs through CX/CRM metrics. Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve escalations while maintaining a positive relationship with customers. Proactively flag risks, uphold strict confidentiality, and contribute to leadership and staff support initiatives.
Responsible for preparation and implementation of the annual marketing plan and performance tracking of membership initiatives. Development of club branding, graphic design, and all other creative needs including development and creation of all marketing material, magazine ads, direct mail, tri-annual club newsletters, annual club directory, etc. Administration, strategic planning, sales, marketing and customer support, CRM management and membership and candidate database maintenance. Organize promotional events and functions, assigning responsibilities among staff.
Daily implementation, tracking and monitoring of the annual marketing plan, development of company branding, graphic design, and creative marketing material and advertising. Maintain the marketing CRM, plan, prepare & host promotional events, aid in website development, content maintenance, as well as social media marketing. Process resident and holding list applications, resignations and other bookkeeping. Performed general office administrative duties.
