• Provide escalated IT support across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments, troubleshooting OS, application, access, and performance issues. • Administer and support production Linux systems, ensuring availability, stability, and operational continuity for business-critical services. Perform advanced Linux troubleshooting and RCA using logs and command-line tools to resolve service failures, storage issues, and performance degradation. • Support network connectivity and access issues, including DNS resolution, port reachability, and service availability. • Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow, maintaining clear documentation and runbooks to reduce MTTR. • Support patching, system hardening, and security best practices, validating configurations and service health post-maintenance. • Assist with automation and scripting initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. • Monitoring system health and services, proactively identifying risks related to CPU, memory, disk, and I/O utilization
