Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Nurse to join our growing team. For the first 5

months you will begin by supporting our front-of-house team, helping create seamless patient

experiences through bookings, coordination, and communication.

Over time, your role will transition into clinical nursing responsibilities, including patient care, IV

administration, blood draws, recovery space assistance, and supporting m No edical procedures

within our integrative setting.

You will play a key role in bridging the medical, clinical, and patient experience sides of the

clinic, ensuring that every patient feels seen, supported, and guided throughout their journey.

What You’ll Do

● Support patient flow and coordination within the clinic through reception based role

● Manage patient bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups during the initial training period

● Prepare and assist with IVs, drips, and minor procedures

● Conduct blood draws and manage patient documentation

● Monitor and record patient vitals and assist practitioners as needed

● Maintain clinical hygiene and safety standards as per DHA standards and protocols.

● Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of practitioners

● Educate patients about procedures and wellness protocols

● Contribute to a culture of care, precision, and learning

Who You Are

● Licensed Nurse with a valid DHA license (required) skilled in multitasking

● High capability in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and patient care

● Confident in administrative and coordination tasks

● Professional, warm, and capable of communicating across disciplines

● Interested in functional medicine, naturopathy, and integrative healthcare

● Organized, attentive, and proactive within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

● Team-oriented with a patient-first mindset

Preferred Background

Experience in functional medicine is mandatory.
