Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design process for office interior and fit-out projects from concept to execution
- Coordinate with clients to understand design briefs, space planning, and functional requirements
- Prepare and review design concepts, mood boards, layouts, 3D visuals, and detailed drawings
- Ensure designs comply with client standards, local regulations, and project budgets
- Coordinate with estimation, project, and site teams for design feasibility and value engineering
- Manage design approvals, revisions, and authority submissions where required
- Supervise and guide designers, draftsmen, and external consultants
- Ensure timely delivery of design packages aligned with project schedules
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Design Manager in office interior & fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, and presentation software
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-facing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
