Web Developer (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining websites and web applications while ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and web applications
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement UI/UX designs
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues
• Integrate APIs and third-party services
• Ensure website security and data protection
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices
