I hold a Bachelor’s degree in network security and a Master’s degree in cybersecurity and a CompTIA Security+ certification, providing a solid foundation in threat analysis, networking, and incident response. Additionally, my experience supporting enterprise environments with tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, VPN technologies, and Windows/macOS systems has strengthened my ability to monitor systems, investigate issues, follow strict procedures, and contribute effectively in a security operations role.
