The role involves organizing, compiling, reviewing, and updating outsourced employee
personnel records and documentation.
The process involves job posting, CV screening/shorting, and sourcing candidates in
volume recruitment and payroll Management.
Effective communication is vital for a productive work environment. Utilizing channels
like meetings, emails, and instant messaging helps disseminate information efficiently.
Open dialogue promotes collaboration and innovation. Regular assessment and
adaptation of communication strategies maintain team engagement.
• Preparing the outsourced staff’s salary sheet every month with the TAX calculation.
• Volume Recruitment (Job posting, CV screening/shorting, sourcing candidates.
• Maintain staff orientation/induction for all the enroute newly recruited staff
• Organizing, compiling, reviewing, and updating outsourced
employee’s personnel records and documentation.
• Assist in preparing, managing, and storing paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Issuing ID cards and keeping track of client-wise issued ID cards and required staff.
• Assist in reference checking or Background verification
• Compiling and keeping track of staff’s insurance claiming
• Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the line manager
• Providing necessary information & reports to the line manager and senior
management
• Coordinating with the Facility Management Team and administrating the general
office service (like office space, office administration, equipment, etc.)
• Maintaining relationships across the teams to get support on time
• Arranging interviews and tests for recommended staff.
• Preparing all the required documentation and materials and sending communication
to candidates.
• Update and maintain Enroute staff database as well as the staff contact list.
