Keep all Companies documentation for record. Taking all Companies steps regarding purchase of office equipment’s furniture, printing and publication, including collecting quotation. Preparing Purchase orders in ERP System. Prepare Payments Vouchers in GL of all companies (Coal Solar and Hydro) Prepare Payments cheques in all companies (Coal Solar and Hydro) Reconcile supplier’s ledger at month end. Review bank budget on monthly basis. Prepare Payroll on monthly basis. Maintain record & file regarding payment. Deduction of Income Tax withholdings Preparing Income Tax PSID in Monthly basis. Preparing & Checking complete documents Bills, Sales Tax invoices etc. Maintain and update records files and documents in an organized manner. Outdoor office work (Banks, Government Office & Energy Departments) Check bills with supporting documents of field staff. Check bills with supporting documents of office staff Book air tickets Arrange travel and accommodations Manage office supplies and place orders All task reporting to (CEO & CFO)
