• Responsible for attending support tickets from hospitality industry related to Tourism Dirhams, VICAS, hardware and software issues, etc. and closure of such cases within 2 hours of SLA. • Undertook installation activities. • Arranged training sessions with clients. • Acted as a point of contact between customers and AMC department.
