Received queries at L1 in different communication channels (through calls, emails, and in-person) and provided dedicated support to customers. – Received different department (Networks, Web Hosting, Billing) complaints, forwarded them to the concerned department, and made follow-ups until complaints were resolved. – Completed all assigned tasks andassisted inday-to-day operations. – Generated tickets in CRM as per customer query and guided accordingly. – Gained knowledge of Company policies,protocols,and processes. – Familiarized with Configuration of Wireless devices, Network Core devices configuration, routers, switches, Computer Applications, etc.
