Provide On Job(OJT) /class room based Training to the Technician/Engineer developees using the approved Personal Development Plans (PDP) • Participate in the development of TUV annual training plan by assisting line personnel review, analyze and evaluate proposed training courses to ensure the courses support the organizational operational / technical training objectives and requirements. • Support the implementation of approved plans as per set timelines and quality standards in order to achieve the required skill levels in the technical functions. • Contribute to the development, implementation and regular review of the training policies, procedures and systems to ensure consistent & systematic application of best practices and to improve plan performance. • Review the technical requirements and procedures of Technical/operational functions and develop Training programs to ensure effective skill development of Saudi national trainees. • Prepare relevant training schedules based on the actual needs of the operational requirements and personal development plans to fulfil organizational objective effective employee development. • Manage and update training information, arrange the learning resources or documents such as training material, Operation Manuals, technical drawings, operation/technical procedures to that are required by the trainees in order to ensure successful execution of training programs. • Provide refresher training to established operations personnel or technicians, when requested by Section Heads or Shift Controllers, in order to increase their performance. • Plan for plant visits based on trainee availability, training requirements and availability of other resources, conduct training during site visits and issue reports on trainees' performance for management decision making. • Develop Curriculums and administer theoretical and practical assessment tests for operators, technicians, and engineering trainees to ensure their training activities achieve the desired training requirements

Ensures maintenance tasks are completed by the Technicians as per Work Orders • Ensures the reports on maintenance is done and documented • Ensures necessary tooling is available to all Technicians; • Ensures Third Party Certification of all tools is done on an annual basis or as required; • Ensures all tools are maintained and are in good working condition • Supports reliable and accessible 24-hour engineering callout functionality; • Attempts all possible means of reducing equipment downtime and ensuring high plant availability; • Performs troubleshooting activities as necessary to determine failure conditions and rectifies any defects found • Provide support to the operations and maintenance teams for equipment testing, troubleshooting, routine equipment surveillance and start-up activities. Liaise with Mechanical and Electrical team and establish a seamless integration between operation and maintenance teams to ensure compliance to the planned maintenance activities. • Carryout out root cause analysis for the failure, implementation of the recommendations raised at different levels • Installation & hook-up of devices, service, calibration, repair & testing of all pneumatic & electronic control instrumentation in the process & utilities. • Work at DCS engineering station to add, modify & maintain. • Add, modify & maintain SCADA system • Replacing & renewing Field instruments according to the process need. • Creating schedule plans for all types of maintenance. • Preparing ISO sheets & procedures. • Recruiting new technical staff. • Provide input for preparation of the Section / Team / Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver functional objectives. • Conduct internal PM Audits to ensure effectiveness of procedure and job plan implementation. • To provide On Job(OJT) Training to the Technician/Engineer developees using the approved Personal Development Plans (PDP) • Provide input to prepare and track the forthcoming major maintenance, upgrades and obsolescence issues to integrate with the division’s 5 years’ rolling business plans. • Implement approved Section / Team / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International standards.
