1). More than 12 Years’ experience in Facilities Management, Project Management, Contract Management and Administration. 2). Liaise with Government Departments in new outlet construction related matters for issuance of Deputy Commissioner NOC and other regulatory approvals such as Explosive Licenses, National Highway Authority NOC for using approach roads etc. 12). Liaise with relevant Government Departments for smooth operation of outlets and submit yearly renewal fees for renewing various Government licenses and NOCs. 13). Submit Capex budget proposals worth more than PKR 500 million for rehabilitation of outlets and replacement of defunct equipment.

Helped Marketing Team in increasing market share of the company in white oil business by 16% through better preventive maintenance measures leading to increased customer satisfaction and higher sales. 3). Conducted safety and maintenance audits of at least 30 Retail Outlets/month. 4). Directed the construction of at least 20 New Vision Retail Outlets. 5). Helped company in streamlining the SAP based Vendor Invoice Management System. 6). Liaised with Government Departments for issuance of various licenses and NOCs.

Supervised and executed the Fabrication and Installation of 50 MT LPG Storage Tank at Company’s Lahore LPG Plant as per API 2510 and ASME and NFPA 58 Standards.
