• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments across departments • Arrange national and local travel logistics, including transportation and accommodation, for executive staff • Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations for board and senior management meetings • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and approachable presence • Screen calls, prioritize incoming correspondence, and handle time-sensitive communication on behalf of executives • Support governance activities by coordinating quarterly board meetings and preparing AGM materials in compliance with organizational rules • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure timely follow-up on executive directives and key projects • Track and compile customer feedback, translating insights into concise reports and presentations for the executive team
