About Candidate

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessment of residents to identify their physical, emotional and social needs
• Develop and implement personalized and resident-centered care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and health care professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident assessment, care plans, and progress
• Advocate for residents’ health and care needs, ensuring that their rights and preferences are respected
• Training and supervision of caregivers
• Respond to medical emergencies, providing first aid or facilitating immediate medical care as needed
• Recruitment: assist with recruiting care staff, including posting job ads and conducting interviews and verifying references for potential care staff to ensure they are suitable for the job role
• Onboarding and scheduling staff duties to ensure adequate coverage
• Conducting training and development programs for caregivers
• Employee Relations: Address conflict of interest, employee complaints, and take necessary disciplinary actions
• Facilitate communication between care staff, management, and residents
• Participate in audits and quality assurance activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing Manager
