Identify opportunities for new and renewal AMC agreements with clients. Track contract expiry dates and proactively reach out to clients well in advance to ensure renewals. • Address customer queries or concerns regarding their existing AMC or security systems, ensuring prompt resolution of any maintenance-related issues. • Coordinate the work with the Client, Project Manager, Project Lead and subcontractors to ensure that the ELV systems are installed according to the design & drawing specifications and project requirements. • Coordinating with Clients & collecting documents required for SIRA portal works. • Act as a point of escalation for any customer issues related to the AMC process, ensuring quick and effective resolution to maintain satisfaction and renewals.
