About Candidate

I am a graduate student in Information Technology with a dual focus on Health Informatics and Enterprise IT Management at Kennesaw State University, graduating in May 2026. My academic and professional journey sits at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and research, with hands-on experience in public health research, health data analysis, and technology-driven problem solving.

I currently work as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Researcher, contributing to interdisciplinary projects in environmental and biological sensing, mHealth, and healthcare quality improvement. My research experience spans AI-enabled sensing systems, image and sensor data annotation, scoping and systematic reviews, and usability frameworks for healthcare applications in both U.S. and global settings. I have worked on projects addressing pediatric stroke screening in sickle cell disease, phlebolymphedema and chronic venous disease, and health-related AI applications, with one project recognized among the university’s Top 100 Research Projects.

Alongside research, I bring strong technical skills in Python, R, SQL, data preprocessing, ETL pipelines, and healthcare data analysis, combined with practical experience using tools such as CVAT, Tableau, GitHub, SSIS, and EHR systems. I am comfortable working with complex datasets, ensuring data quality, supporting reproducible research, and collaborating across technical and clinical teams.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge technology and healthcare with clarity, structure, and purpose. I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly motivated by work that improves health outcomes, equity, and decision-making through data and technology. I am actively seeking opportunities where I can continue to grow as a researcher and health IT professional while making meaningful, real-world impact.
