Oversees daily practice operations. Identifies and resolves operational problems. Supervises assigned personnel. Reconciles employee time sheets and maintains leave records. Responsible for overseeing Cashiers, Registration, Women’s Health and Pediatric PSR team. Assisting non-clinical needs for Providers. Creating staff schedule. Processing payroll. Overseeing staff registrations. Assisting in coverages, checking in and checking out patients Report to the Manager. Assisting on creating OR cases for booking patients.
Responsible for dealing with the work process and preparing fresh recruits on how they can best serve clients and groups of representatives, managing a union team, ensuring daily department coverage for all patient access areas. Outpatient: Registering patient for lab work, x-rays, EKG’s, etc. Calling patients for surgical procedures and verifying demographics and insurance information. Calling patients to schedule radiology appointments. Registering specimens for the laboratory in the system. Handling death certificates. Preceptor Trained, working on patient's WQ's that are assigned to me.
