Work & Experience
• Monitor and respond within hours to DHS mission critical information requests sent through the library’s Ask-A-Librarian ticketing system. • Design, compile and edit DHS Library’s research guide collection. • Collaborate with Technical Services Librarian to update and refresh library website using SharePoint and SpringShare. • Managed DHS library’s Kanban board in JIRA which supported tracking of key library initiatives and provided updates to library staff. • Compile and submit monthly updates on the library’s operational objectives, which supported accomplishment reporting to executive level staff.
