Lead core Scrum activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain delivery rhythm. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlog items, establish priorities, and define minimum viable products (MVPs). Monitor key agile metrics, including velocity, capacity, and burn-down data to guide planning and performance evaluations. Manage and update user stories, epics, and documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Elevate team agility by delivering coaching, training sessions, and tailored mentoring to reinforce best practices. Facilitate scaled agile coordination for multi-team projects using frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
