Responsible for managing bid and complex opportunities from inception
through to pursuit close.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to meet budgeted revenue targets.
• Has knowledge with the FM market and work with the team to develop
strategies to align with the market transformation and disruption.
• Accountable for bids related management, either on an individual basis
or supporting the team, depending on the nature of the bid, such as:
o attend site show round.
o prepare tender briefing note to conceptualize the strategy and
business proposal,
o liaise with Contracts Department on the RFP, legal memo, ethics
checks, compliance and if qualifications are required,
o prepare & submit bids / proposals, ensuring that the quantitative and
qualitative aspects are in order and professionally presented,
o prepare quality write-ups, incorporating innovative solutions
(digitalisation, renewable energy, energy efficiency solutions) into
our service offerings and bids,
o prepare approvals based on corresponding threshold values for
Management Team (example. drafting of Investment notes, ensuring
the figures in the internal costing sheet are correct, simulating
various pricing scenarios & price sensitivities).tender clarifications,
tender interviews, tender presentations.
o Participate in furnishing the tender documents and specifications
and coordinating with tender committee from cradle to grave
process.
o Develop and implement business & operational plans for new
(mothball) & existing sites across all real estate segments for Hard
FM in line with approved asset business plan policies and
procedures.
