I will graduate in May 2026 with a bachelor's degree in data science. In this degree path I have learned statistical analysis skills and have worked with programs like R and Rstudio, Python, JavaScript, Excel, etcs.
In this minor program I have learned much about the function of our universe, from stellar astrophysics to cosmology. I have conducted complex mathematics and done large data analytics projects to make quantifiable and evidence-based statements about our universe.
Work & Experience
In the Luminosity Lab I have worked as a researcher and project manager, currently directing a team of 12 in cancer research efforts. In this role I have worked to connect my team to larger networks for resources like knowledge, workspace, industry expertise, funding, etc. I have learned and enhanced skills in research, communication, and money management.
I have worked at Gateway for Cancer Research to better utilize their clinical trial data into something that can be better understood by their donors. Essentially, my job was to mine relevant data from their previously funded trials and use statistical analysis tools to turn that data into easy-to-understand facts about their productivity as an organization.
