Accountable for end-to-end HR and administration operations across the head office, one mill in Karachi, and four mills in Rahim Yar Khan. Leading a high-performing team, I drive HR strategies and deliver impactful solutions for over 2,500 employees. My role covers People Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Workforce Analytics, and Organizational Development (OD), with a focus on cultivating a high-performance culture of well-being and engagement.

– HR Strategy & Operations: Implement data-driven HR policies and comprehensive total rewards programs, enhancing employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit while maintaining compliance and zero litigation risks.

– Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage complex employee relations, fostering transparency, psychological safety, and legal compliance, creating a harmonious, industrially robust culture.

– Organizational Development: Lead OD initiatives, including capability assessments, career pathing, and succession planning, to future-proof the workforce. Run change management and leadership workshops to build agility.

– Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment and workforce planning aligned with strategic goals, emphasizing inclusive, competency-based hiring practices to attract diverse talent.

– Culture & Employee Engagement: Design a high-performance culture using engagement surveys and pulse feedback to guide improvements, enhance motivation, and promote inclusivity.

– Leadership Development & Continuous Learning: Implement a Management Trainee (MT) program and microlearning modules to support continuous development and reskilling.

– Performance Management & Feedback: Utilize 360-degree feedback and peer reviews to promote growth and align goals with organizational objectives.
