Work & Experience
Since my Master’s studies in Biostatistics and continuing in my current role as a researcher at the Afshar Heart Research Center in Yazd, I have been actively analyzing clinical and health‑related datasets using Python. My work involves applying classification and clustering algorithms with libraries such as scikit‑learn, pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and statsmodels to support evidence‑based medical research.
I am proficient in R, SPSS, and Microsoft Excel, which I use to perform statistical analysis and data management for medical and clinical research projects. I have applied these tools to analyze patient‑level datasets, run statistical tests, build predictive models, and prepare reproducible reports and I continue to use them in my ongoing research work.
I have taught SPSS both during my time at Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences and in my current role as a clinical research investigator. My teaching experience includes guiding students and research teams through statistical analysis, data management, and interpretation of medical research findings using SPSS.
