Act as the primary finance partner to the Foods Vertical leadership, providing financial guidance to support growth, cost optimization, and operational excellence. • Analyze variances between actual performance and budget, providing actionable management insights. • Prepare financial reports, including cost analysis, profitability assessments, and operational performance metrics. • Oversee the implementation and management of cost accounting systems. • Analyze costs of production, materials, labor, overhead, and other operational expenses. • Determine product costing and profitability by assessing raw materials, labor, and overhead costs. • Conduct regular reviews of standard costs and update them as required. • Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to optimize processes and reduce costs. • Support initiatives for improving operational efficiency and reducing plant and supply chain waste. • Partner with procurement teams to negotiate supplier contracts and optimize supply chain costs. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the three production plants, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals. • Analyze plant performance (yields, waste, labor efficiency, overheads) and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for plant operations and milk supply chain performance. • Create dashboards and visualization tools to communicate financial insights effectively. • Partner with plant managers and supply chain teams to drive cost-saving initiatives, CAPEX ROI analysis, and productivity improvements. • Support cross-functional projects aimed at scaling operations or optimizing milk supply chain processes. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function for plant operations and supply chain. • Act as the main financial liaison between corporate finance and plant or supply chain teams. • Act as the primary finance partner to the
