Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.  Designing, configuring, and testing networking software, computer hardware, and operating system software.  Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.  Installing High-level Software Security System.  Work with OPERA PMS and manage or create Active Directory Users.  Install and Configure Windows Server 2019.  Protect all system from viruses and data lost event.  Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy.  Configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls.  Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.
