Manufacture, he is handling market research, feasibility study, design & construction, facility &
property management and PVC manufacture for several projects for drive growth, market share,
profitability and create new lifestyle distention & entertainment hubs matching with 2030 Vision.
 He has capabilities in Investment Portfolios Diversification, Digital Transformation, Governance,
P&L, Strategic Planning, KPI’s goals, Research & Development, Marketing Campaigns, B2B & B2C,
Commercial Negotiation, Risk Assessment, Human Management, Financing & Sales Strategy,
Organization Improvement, Market Analysis, Contractual Agreements and Customer Satisfaction.
 He is a certified Consultant Engineer from Egyptian Engineers Syndicate & Saudi Council of
Engineers for General Buildings (Design, Supervision, Construction & Management); He is
authorized to lead all kind of Engineering Firms in North Africa and GCC.
 Mohamed portfolio includes projects more than 15 Billion SR, Currently he is leading 4 mega
projects ≈ 9 Billion SR (Mixed Use, Entertainment, Housing and Urban Development)
 His responsibilities includes preparing financial feasibility and negotiation with banks/funds in
additional to hotel operators for term sheet conditions (loan – cash equity – in-kind equity –
subscription fee – arranging & structuring fee – fund management fee – IRR – NPV – Etc.)
 He has more than 25 years of experience between GCC countries and North Africa in Real
Estate, Construction, Design Management and Facility & Property management.
 During his journey in Real Estate and Construction, he handled several kind of projects starting
from HBU, market research, feasibility study, design development up to construction and
handover, These projects were various between mixed use – entertainment communities –
government projects – malls – land development – infrastructure – different residential product –
high rise buildings G+40 – museums – retail mega shops – palaces – land port – hotels – Etc.,
 He is in Saudi Arabia since Feb. 2006, and familiar with Saudi market in all engineering fields (Real
Estate – Construction – Consultancy – Facility & Property Management), He used to handle & get
approval from all government authorities like municipality, GACA, ADA, civil defense, electrical
company, national water company, and building permits … Etc.
 Prior to joining SIGMAC Mohamed worked in establishing some of well-known Real Estate and
Construction companies in Saudi Arabia from scratch (ERP system – projects – procurement – bidding
– cost estimate – planning – QA/QC – HSE – maintenance – carpentry – warehouses –Etc.)
