Work & Experience
I worked at Radhwa International School in various roles, including Teacher, Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator, Academic Supervisor, and Kindergarten Principal. As a Teacher, I focused on creating engaging and interactive lessons that aligned with the school's curriculum. In my role as PYP Coordinator, I oversaw the implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, ensuring alignment with IB standards and practices while supporting teachers in delivering inquiry-based learning. As an Academic Supervisor, I supervised professional development events for teachers and administrators, helping enhance instructional strategies and curriculum delivery. Finally, as the Kindergarten Principal, I led the early years team, managed day-to-day operations, and ensured a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. These roles required me to collaborate with diverse teams, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and maintain a commitment to fostering academic excellence and personal growth among students and staff.
