With over 15 years of experience at ISC–Muscat, I have grown into a committed educational leader who is passionate about quality teaching, student wellbeing, and professional development.

My journey at ISC–Muscat has shaped me into a confident and effective leader. Over the years, I have taken on responsibilities that strengthened my ability to mentor teachers, lead initiatives, analyze data for improvement, and drive positive change across the department.

Working within the SABIS system allowed me to develop a strong understanding of instructional quality, assessment strategies, point system analysis, and school-wide academic planning.

In addition to my teaching and leadership experience, I am also an SPDI trainer, which has significantly enhanced my skills in coaching, communication, team development, and structured improvement planning. This role helped me empower colleagues, build consistency in teaching standards, and support teachers in adopting best practices. It refined my ability to lead with clarity, confidence, and vision.
