▪ Provide individual and group counseling to students ▪ Participate in CSE and 504 meetings ▪ Crisis intervention for students - suicide risk and threat assessments ▪ Collaborate with parents, CPS, and outside providers ▪ Write IEP goals and collect data for progress monitoring ▪ Participate in weekly team meetings with 6th-8th grade teams ▪ Meet with mental health staff/admin for bi-weekly meetings ▪ Write FBA’s, BSPs, and BIPS for IEP students

▪ Provide therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, adults, families and couples through individual counseling (In person / Telehealth) ▪ Complete intake assessments to determine diagnosis and level of care ▪ Create treatment plans with goals and objectives based off client/s presenting issues/concerns ▪ Maintain electronic files and progress notes in accordance with state, federal and HIPPA regulations

▪ Provide individual and group counseling to ED/OHI students who participate in The Therapeutic Learning Program (TLP) ▪ Co-Facilitate our Suicide Prevention Program ▪ Individual counseling for regular education, 504, IEP students ▪ Member of the Crisis Intervention Team ▪ Attend PPT’s, 504 meetings, SST, MTSS, workshops and staff meetings ▪ Consult with outside providers and community resources ▪ Participant in Restorative Practice and Social Emotional Learning
