Work & Experience
. Responsible for the whole import process from start to finish, from cargo readiness to delivery at warehouse, and transfers between warehouses. . Checking shipping documents such as BL, Invoice, Packing, List, COO if applicable. . Coordinating with Broker, supplier abroad and origin agent and customer. . Obtain lowest (quotation)and best terms and conditions for the company with the logistic partners. . Ensure timely shipment and arrival of imported goods. . Ensure that all imports are following international and domestic regulations, especially bureau of customs. . Works with all departments in collaboration in each subject to get the best results for the company. . Leads the import and logistics team, monitoring of shipment from supplier to client. . Perform cycle counts in warehouse and retail stores. . Coordinate with various stakeholders on adjustments needed to correct inventory discrepancies. . Check stock condition and stock levels. And analyze stock movement and inventory level. . Oversee the team, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and establish performance metrics. . Prepare inventory-related reports for management's reference in decision-making.
. Report Generating through System CargoWise . Oversee the team, adhere to client and company (SOPs), and establish performance metrics. . Chase shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, Packing declaration etc. . Received booking, creating order, register shipment in CargoWise and checking of rates. . Coordinating to AU counterpart . Validate and check the accuracy of documents, tie up and split. Update Vessel arrival using track and trace . Creating and submitting report in LIMA . Monitor registered shipment in OT (One Track) . Support and lead the team whenever there is lack of coverage. . Establishes priorities and assignments.
. Monitor delivery and arrange dispatch of truck. . Manage and process orders, ensuring the correct details are entered and follow-up with clients regarding product delivery. . Serve as a point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns. . Keep track of product availability and assist in ensuring inventory levels meet sales demands. . Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and effectively. . Creates Invoice and delivery receipt.

Chase correct documents such as BL/MBL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO etc. . Check and validate completeness of documents before process, tie up and sort documents. . Job registration and compilation into relevant system end to end process. . Send pre-lodgment message to be finalize by Customs Broker in Australia. . Adhere to client’s SOP and company KPI . Support the team whenever there are lacks coverage. . Coordinating to AU counterpart . Send cover sheet for delivery team . Monitor transshipment. . Establishes priorities and assignments.
. Prepare documents (Shipping Documents) requires by Customs Officials such as BL, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and other relevant shipping documents. . Filing Entry manually inside the Bureau of Customs. . Communicating and transacting to Customs officials. . Responsible for the payment of wharfage, arrastre, or any storage of the shipments. . Release Shipment inside the Bureau of customs premises. . Coordinate to Client to Schedule the delivery. . Liaise with the trucking company for delivery. . Prepare loads for shipment. . Make sure that the shipment will be release on time. . Manage Delivery on time to meet client’s expectations. . Escorting the Container from Sea port to Client Warehouse. . Monitoring Loading and Unloading of shipments. . Conduct a report on every shipment directly to the Head broker and to the Manager.
. Received and records Incoming and outgoing goods. . Creating Invoices and receipts. . Update and monitor System (Excel and SAP) . Making sure that the warehouseman and forklift operator follow the FIFO (first in first out products) regulations. . Manage daily and manual Inventory to make sure that the products inside the warehouse are tied up against the system. . Taking customer documentation to determine items required. . Monitoring of Stocks availability. . Verifying inventory, and processing return materials. . Approved product to be release base on FIFO. . Make a weekly and monthly report. . Conduct Warehouse Inspection and then turn into report. . Issue Order Receipt . Maintain good working place.
