About Candidate
I am Laiba Ijaz, a Business Administration graduate from FAST University, with a consistent record of academic excellence, including a silver medal and multiple Dean’s List honors. I have 11 months of experience in the Marketing Department of a textile industry, where I worked closely with international clients, managed prototype development, and handled end-to-end order coordination.
In addition, I have completed internships in UBL’s Corporate Governance Department, MCB, MCB Islamic Bank, and a social security hospital, gaining exposure to finance, compliance, and HR functions. I also served as a Teaching Assistant for over three years, and led a team of 30–40 as the Marketing Head for Daira, a major university event.
With strong communication, organizational, and team management skills, I am deeply interested in administrative and HR roles, where my academic background and diverse experience make me a strong fit for managing operations, supporting employee engagement, and contributing to organizational growth.
