Implement, maintain and replace network devices • Configure network devices and troubleshoot network Issues • Firewall administration and managing • Establish and troubleshoot VPN • Monitor traffic and users activity to keep the network safe and health • Monitor the Egyptian Railway Enterprise network and ensure integrity • Handling Projects, design and Implement new network infrastructure
Implement, operate and support the global Network / Security IT infrastructure. • Configuring and troubleshooting all Cisco, HPE, Fortinet and Aruba network devices. • Customer wireless Site Survey and wireless Configuration (Access Points – Controllers). • Operations and maintenance of data center firewalls (FortiGate / PaloAlto). • Preparing Documentations and Service reports after project completion.
Design, implement, and support network and cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients using technologies from Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and Trend Micro. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, including endpoint protection, VPN access, and system-level issues. • Configure and manage firewalls, switches, and wireless systems in line with industry best practices and compliance requirements. • Assist in maintaining secure and stable environments by performing system administration tasks across customer infrastructures. • Collaborate with pre-sales and project teams to deploy and optimize integrated security solutions tailored to customer needs. • Deliver documentation and post-implementation support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and system performance.
