I am a seasoned educational leader with over 20 years of experience spanning K-12 schools and higher education. Currently serving as the Director of International Education at Al-Tahtheeb Educational Company in Saudi Arabia, I oversee the strategic direction and implementation of international programs across multiple campuses.

My career reflects a strong trajectory of leadership and innovation; rising from classroom teacher to teacher trainer, Professional Development Coordinator, Head of Girls School, and now a key executive leading international administrative and academic excellence.
I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, and am a CELTA and DELTA Trainer; as well as Cambridge qualified Teacher Trainer. I have spearheaded curriculum alignment with global standards, launched professional learning frameworks, and guided schools through international accreditation processes.

I also participated at multiple conferences and Summits as guest speaker, and conducted many leadership workshops to schools leafers.The upcoming one us GESS, at which I will speak on the compelling topic: “Leadership: Are You a Leader or a Manager?” Drawing from real-world experience, I will explore the critical distinctions between leadership and management in education, and how school leaders can inspire, empower, and lead with vision beyond administrative roles.
