 Perform molecular techniques such as PCR, gel electrophoresis, RNA/DNA extraction, and sequencing for studying
antimicrobial resistance (AMR) mechanisms.
 Analyze the prevalence of foodborne pathogens and their resistance patterns in various food samples.
 Assist in immunological assays like ELISA, HA, HI, and RBPT for detecting antibodies or antigens in clinical or environmental
samples.
 Investigate host-pathogen interactions, focusing on biofilm formation and immune response mechanisms.
 Conduct quantitative and statistical data analysis using tools like SPSS, R, or Python to interpret experimental findings.
 Manage laboratory operations, including inventory, equipment maintenance, and ensuring adherence to biosafety and quality
control protocols.
 Develop and optimize experimental protocols for studying bacterial virulence, resistance genes, and host-microbe interactions.
 Maintain accurate records of experiments, data, and results for reporting and publication purposes.
