• Adhere and optimize service management principles (Change / Incident / Problem Solving management). • Establish Systems and Procedures. • Provide technical directions within engineering Operations and Projects. • Manage engineering process-Improvement Standardization efforts and different types of Audits Implementation of both technical builds and process improvements. • Build and foster a high-performance culture, mentor team members and provide team with the tools and motivation to make things happen. • Manage all aspects of Project Management for assigned development teams and Projects. • Optimize Site Operations to ensure high team performance and Implement Safety policies to reduce or eliminate incidents. • Maintain accurate documentation along with date integrity resulting in shared knowledge of Issues and lessons learned. • Evaluate employee performance, set goals, and develop improvement plans. • Organize Engineering Management Related Operations & Services including Predictive, Preventive and shutdown Maintenance along with Project management • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems & to manage/monitor the maintenance KPI’s with time studies to promote efficiency & accuracy. • Develop plans; Coordination; Communicate Changes and progress; Complete projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities. • Exhibits confidence in self and others; Inspires and motivates others to perform well; effectively influence actions and opinions of others; Accepts feedback from others; Gives appropriate recognition to others. •Looks for ways to improve and promote quality management.
