I am a business graduate with an MBA and over 16 years of extensive experience in operations management at the national level. My career spans a diverse range of industries including Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), retail FMCG, clothing, electronics retail, and kiosk businesses. I have had the privilege of working with and contributing to the growth of several multinational and leading local organizations.

Throughout my journey, I have successfully initiated and led numerous startup ventures such as KFC Pakistan, Tutti Frutti, Hyper Mall, 24 Seven, The Korn, Stallion Pizza Time, and the RD Retail Network (Haier Pakistan). My focus has consistently been on building scalable operations, ensuring quality standards, and driving sustainable growth across multiple formats and industries.
